Chicken Thighs With Artichokes

Paleo Honey Sweet Potato Bars
My intent was to make a sweet potato cake but alas it was not meant to be. I took the cake out of the oven to soon. Surprise!! it collapsed. At that point I was about to throw it away then decided to put it back in the oven for roughly 15 min. I took it out and let it sit about 3 hrs. To my surprise it firmed up. When I tasted the bars it tasted like sweet potato pie and get this with a crust. Honestly I swear it tasted like there was crust in the mix not by texture but taste. Try it out yourself and let me know the results.

Pizza Frittata
Looks like a real pizza and taste really good. I had this for lunch the other day and I was really quite pleased. Put the toppings you like I used turkey pepperoni.
