Who doesn’t love a good slider. These buns have a bit less gluten then regular sliders using a mixture of spelt and einkorn flour. Be very careful not to over bake. These flours work a bit differently than regular wheat. But a heck of a lot healthier.Read More»

My intent was to make a sweet potato cake but alas it was not meant to be. I took the cake out of the oven to soon. Surprise!! it collapsed. At that point I was about to throw it away then decided to put it back in the oven for roughly 15 min. I took it out and let it sit about 3 hrs. To my surprise it firmed up. When I tasted the bars it tasted like sweet potato pie and get this with a crust. Honestly I swear it tasted like there was crust in the mix not by texture but taste.
